So, I have fallen off of the wagon. Mainly, I blame university life and necessity of convenient eating at the local dining hall (they haven't heard of vegetable protein, and their vegan dishes are disgusting.) I don't make my own food, because my meal plan is entirely paid for as part of my current job (why waste money I don't have?) Fortunately, next year, I am going to be moving OFF CAMPUS (yay!) to live with a friend, and will be able to eat and make whatever I want. I am SO. EXCITED. Trust me, summer cannot come soon enough.
On another note, I have grown to believe in my abilities as a professional engineer (not PE, just in general). I've accepted an REU for the summer, and have decided officially to go to graduate school and pursue a PhD in chemical engineering. Also, less excitingly, my grammar and spelling has grown considerably worse since my english-loving high school years.
